For anything that varies by municipality, LIN links to your own gemeente rather than a national page that may not match what your counter actually asks for.

Answer what the guide asks
One to three questions, and only the ones that change that guide. The OV-chipkaart guide wants your stay length. The DUO guide also asks where you are from and whether you will be earning.
